Nissan Ingress Egress


The 4-Axis Pneumatic Ingress/Egress tester meets the specific requirements of Nissan engineering. Horizontal, vertical, and rotational motions are all pneumatic, and can be controlled by either manually adjusting limit switches, or time, based on what controller is used.  All motions can be performed simultaneously, and in any order.  The tester requires four pneumatic valves, and can be controlled with any of the following options:

  • Our PLC Life Tester + 4-station pneumatic valve pack, or
  • Our PC Life Tester + 4-station pneumatic valve pack, or
  • Our PC 8-station sequencer, which includes pneumatic valves, or
  • Some ofther custom control system provided by us or the customer

The evaluation criteria is visual, and includes wear patterns and general durability of seat covering material, the foam, and the mechanical structure underneath.
