Wiper Motor Noise Analyzer

This unit was designed to characterize the amount of noise produced by windshield wiper motor/gearbox assemblies. Characterization required correlating FFT analysis results to subjective human evaluation to determine pass/fail status of final assemblies.  The tester consists of a sound enclosure with automatic door opener, nest for quick assembly positioning, P.C. for data acquisition and control, and printer for automatic generation of labels for good and bad parts.
