Universal Life Testers

Test the endurance of a mechanical device. Life testers are either pneumatic or electric.

This life tester is intended for endurance testing of powered mechanical devices using suitable fixturing.  The entire control unit sits on a bench top. This is similar to the Manual Seat Universal Life Tester but allows analog inputs, over 1000 steps, program loops, block operation, and independent channel operation.  It also has improved fault and data display capabilities.  It is ideal for endurance testing of either mechanical devices with 12 V.D.C. motors or non-powered mechanical devices, using suitable fixturing and pneumatic actuators.

PC Based Universal Life Tester: This life tester is intended for endurance testing of powered mechanical devices using suitable fixturing.  The entire control unit sits on a bench top.

Manual & Power Universal Life Tester: This is a very flexible control system intended for endurance testing of either mechanical devices with 12 V.D.C. motors or non-powered mechanical devices, using suitable fixturing and pneumatic actuators.                                      

Universal Life Tester Power Cords: Fifteen foot  power cords used to connect powered mechanical devices to the universal Life Tester.      
                                                   
Universal Life Tester Valve Pack: The valve pack allows operation of pneumatic devices such as cylinders or actuators at adjustable pressures.
