Mechanical Foam Fatigue Tester

The Foam Fatigue Tester is a two-station mechanical fatigue machine specifically designed for endurance testing of square foam samples.

This floor standing machine is electro-mechanically driven and alternately compresses the two samples to a specific dimension rather than any specific load.  This compressed dimension is separately adjusted and locked in place with the two hand wheels at the top of each station.  All four steel compression platens have an array of vent holes to allow trapped air to escape.

Cycle speed is adjusted with the variable speed control on the front panel.  The number of test cycles desired is entered on the pre-set cycle counter on the front panel indicating when the test will be completed.

This machine is simple to operate, reliable and quiet while in operation.
