Mirror Actuation Tester

We have designed and built five different variants of this tester with 14 units currently in use.  The purpose of these testers is to determine the angular movement, speed of movement, current draw, noise during operation (dbA, Sones, and simple FFT), and other customer specific values.  These testers use a sound enclosure with automatic door opener, laser based distance measuring, a P.C. for data acquisition and control, and have a printer to generate part labels.  SPC/SQC software is included and alarms for "out of specification" conditions are also included.  These machines are typically used as the final step in U-Shaped Cells.
