Pilling Tester
Pilling Tester
The Pilling Tester is used for evaluating a fabric\'s (or leather\'s) ability to resist abrasion or the pilling effect. It is a bench top machine with six stations. Each station includes the upper test fixture with a suitable array of test weights.
The test requires the operator to initially load the test samples, the abrasion material and desired test weights. Then the desired number of test cycles is entered on the cycle counter and the test is started. Once this cycle count is reached, the machine will automatically stop.
