4 STATION GM COLD CRACK TESTER
This Cold Crack Tester consists of four stainless steel guide fixtures, four stainless steel drop weights and an aluminum test frame. These items are all designed for use in cold chambers.
The required drop distance can be adjusted on the tester. The impact weight is suspended in the guide fixture by a retaining pin. The retaining pin is used to set the drop distance for repeated testing. Once the cold crack tester is ready for use, the technician removes the retaining pin, releasing the weight. Test samples are visually evaluated after testing.
